Return & Refund Policy

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at support@empzen.com or call (719) 508-6338 within 180 days of your purchase to request a return authorization (RMA). Please include the order ID, full name, and email address you used at checkout. We’ll confirm your RMA and the return address.

Return the Bottles

To receive your full refund, return all bottles — empty, full, or partially full, including any free or bonus bottles — within 180 days of the original purchase date. Inside the package, include a note clearly stating your Order ID, full name, shipping address, email, and phone number.

Ship your return with tracking (USPS recommended) to our fulfillment center:

Return shipping is paid by you, and a valid tracking number is required so we can confirm your return. Failure to return all bottles, or to include your order details clearly, may result in a partial refund or our inability to process the refund.

How Refunds Are Issued

Once our fulfillment center receives and reviews your return, we’ll refund the purchase price of your order (less the original shipping and handling) to your original payment method through our authorized retailer. Refunds typically post within 3–5 business days, though it can take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first re-check your bank account, then contact your card company or bank, as there is often processing time before a refund posts. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, contact us at support@empzen.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@empzen.com right away and we’ll make it right.
